First time here and the food was great! Great portion size for dinner, service was great was always at our table checking on us

Scam and disgusting. We ordered two margaritas only. They were the grossest we both have had. We asked to the check, which just had a single number on it. Went to pay and was surprised to find the total was double what I was expecting. I asked why it was so high, and our rude sever came running claiming we got larges. I said no, we got regular, we said regular. He insisted we ordered larges. We took back our tip and left, something I have never done no matter how terrible the service is. I felt scammed. We definitely will not be coming back to this establishment.

Sign says they open at 11. I show up at 11:05 and they are closed. I went somewhere else.

Possibly the best Queso I have ever had. (I have had a lot of Queso) Slow service at peak hours.

Love their food and friendly atmosphere! The white sauce for the chips is really special.

Inexpensive and good.

Terrible experience. Our waiter seemed like he was in a big hurry to get away from the table, he literally walked away when we were mid sentence trying to order something. Also, the restaurant was fairly hot, and there was some sort of buzzer on the door that goes off near constantly. Very annoying. As to the food, it came out really fast. Which is nice. But it leads me to question how it could have possibly been that overcooked in that short amount of time.

Online site needs updating. No menu to view online. So I went in to view the menu and the first person to say anything to me was EXTREMELY rude. Like uncalled-for-RUDE. And I thought for a quick second...why spend money here where the staff don’t even appreciate new potential customers. Sorry I don’t recommend at all!!! Try jelapenos in Smithfield or Azteca on mainstreet Suffolk.

Great food

I love this place! Bring my father in law here at least 1x week. He is 93 and they treat him with the utmost respect! The food is delicious, fresh and within our budget!

Poor service, bland food and small portions. Could be because my 3 grandchildren and I were sharing 2 entrees as a pick-me-up between school orientations so maybe the perception was that I'm broke. I paid my $23 bill with a $100 just to demonstrate my ability, but didn't tip. He asked for a tip as we were leaving - I stared and left.

One of my favorite spots for Mexican cuisine in Suffolk. Absolutely love the staff and most of the dishes - at least all the ones I’ve noticed - are reasonably priced. Will always recommend the steak acapulco (spelling?) and fried ice cream

The food here is EXCELLENT! It's one of the only affordable places near the highway in Suffolk that's not fast food. I went extra basic with a #1 combination but no regrets...I genuinely enjoyed it, as did the rest of my party. Quick, courteous service as well.

Best Mexican restaurant in white salse ever

Was an authentic Mexican Restaurant. As you wait for your meal you are served chips with salsa and the white dip.

When we go out for Mexican food the only place we will eat at is Santa Fe Grill. The wait staff is so friendly and takes care of us. The food has great flavor and is so good! We have never had any problems at Santa Fe.
